Actually she hasn't. I was sure a long time ago that she got implants. I remember sometime in either 06/07 there was an announcement on the hello project website saying Maki would be gone for a few weeks because she had enteritus or something. When she came back, her boobs were noticeably larger and they have been that way ever since. Very rarely does such a skinny girl have naturally large breasts like that, and they don't grow 2 cup sizes in the span of a couple of weeks.
