I've been using YesAsia since 2007 and I haven't had any major poblems with them! Once I received a CD with its case broken and not only did they send me a new case but they also gave me a $5 discount coupon
It's true that lately packages take almost 2 weeks to arrive (I remember that I used to get my orders within one week in 2007...) but they are the cheapest choice if you live in Europe.
