I don't want to step on anybody's toes but I think it depends on each single person that asks her something and on her to decide which are the "more important questions".
If she is in the mood for some "I LOVE YOU AYUU!!", then she will answer. She did this many times by now, even though I personally think this is the simplest thing you could write to her. But I don't think she will ever ignore a question she would like to answer (if she sees it) just because she got asked a "not important / childish" tweet before.
