Most - NEXT LEVEL CD+DVD (standard price from YA...I think it was around $35-40 USD)
Least - (miss)understood tour key chain (was around $10 off of YAJ)
Everything else has been $10 or up.
Oh but I got A Song For xx for free from a friend.
