Least: Some CD only version in China... it was just 2€ each O_O
Most: Maybe You were/Ballad CD+DVD in YA when they increased its price - 18€

Album CD:
Least: in China again, 5€
Most: nope... always normal price...

Album CD+DVD:
Least: in China again XD 5€
Most: always original price... but I supose the most expensive were AC or A BEST 2...

DVD:
Least: mmm a official VCD of AT2002 just 12€
Most: always paid normal price.. don't remember which is more expensive XD

Ayupan:
Most: 15€ for forgiveness ayufan with the plastic box ^^

Other
Most: I'm sure the USB or if we think of it as a whole the RnRC limited box.. XD if trip counts... To meet Ayu in London is the most expensive thing I've ever done for Ayu XDD
