I think it has to with wanting the CD to sell massive amounts and the singles to sell okay, maybe? You make more money on the actual CD, so it makes a bit of sense. If you look at any Eastern Artist's sell, you see that they sell about the same album wise as do single wise, while in the Western world they sell more album wise than through single. Although I could be wrong.
Anyway I love Kylie's new CD. I liked X, too, but this one seems to have better songs overall and that are much easier to listen to.
My favorite track is Better Than Today!
