Thank you for translating, and thank you captain-kawaii for attempting too. It seems like they were pretty rude, but ayu responded very maturely. I wish some fans wouldn't be so ungrateful. Umm, if fans went to all the stops at the tour shouldn't they be more than satisfied that they got to see it so many times? How selfish does a fan have to be to see her so many times and still complain and whine about how they can't see the exact show on the DVD too? Geez.
