There's a "contact us regarding an order" form on their website, isn't there?

I'm pretty sure I've used an on-site form to contact them about cancelling/changing an order before...

Edit: Yup, there is. You have to log-in to your account, click on the order number, and it's in the drop down list under "To manage your order..."
