Maybe not. I just double-checked the site and see now that using the contact option takes you out of your account and back to the regular feedback form.

And I wouldn't trust e-mail because when you send a message it travels through various networks as-is before it reaches its destination and if someone is specifically watching one of those networks for stuff that might contain financial info (either by watching the subject line, recipient address, etc.) they could intercept it. There is ways of encrypting e-mail messages but for them to work, both the sender and the recipient need to be using the same setup.

You could ask YesAsia how secure their on-site messaging form is before using it but it might turn out that the safest way to give them your information is over the phone via one of their toll-free numbers.
