It can get a bit chilly at night here in the US Well... in some places. (Just moved from a place where it finally got "chilly" around 2AM, and now I'm in a place where it can get chilly by 9PM.) According to weather.com, it's about 60degrees in LA. Maybe by "cold" she's referring to colder than what she's used to as of late?

Also, I just looked up "Fogo de Chao LA" on Flickr, and it's very likely she's there. Here's a link to a pic that kinda resembles the one she took (or at least the one on the top of the page?):
