Acoustic orchestra means that there aren't any electrical instruments. Acoustic isn't just guitar, but there's no electrical guitar. There days even violins and stuff have electrical things, so acoustic just means it's the instrument. So, just an orchestra could have some electrical instruments.
I hope that explains it. My musical vocabulary is very limited.
