yep..they're tracking down the person who first spread it and taking legal action against him and maybe the people attacking her too.

as inappropriate as it may be, i don't think people realize how many young kids actually do stuff like that...
she was just very young and curious or not thinking properly. i know a lot of people who did embarrassing or inappropriate things when they were children that they regret now but it doesnt change the way i think of them because it is in the past and it doesnt make them bad people. and it's a shame it came back to bite her like this
she's a sweet girl who doesn't deserve to have her life ruined over a mistake she made as a child
