I can understand most of the choices on this list, but I'm just slightly pissed at aiko making it. I have nothing against her and her music is nice, but she's in practically EVERY female artist list. Best female singer, favorite female singer, best-dressed, nicest blablabla. Now if this were reflected in her sales or in her general media appearances... but she's barely in the spotlight. Her fashion just looks so bland and typical to me... meh : /
Also, lol @ AKB48. I didn't know dressing up like pre-schoolers was fashionable.
