I don't think I'm the only exception.. I've seen plenty of people loving the album who don't seem to care for oldies either. most of the songs just don't have that super old sound anymore in kuu's versions, so it's pretty understandable to me why people would love them even if they don't care for old j-pop songs. but yeah, people might not want to give it a chance because of the album being full of covers of old songs, but they should know these songs are not identical to the original songs. they have been modified and perfected by kumi, imo. if kuu's version of BE MY BABY sounded identical to this I'd hate it. but it's been turned into a hot kumi dance song
