If ayu had a us tour...I'd be like "*****! what took you so long?!?!!"

I think she'd do an utada thing, just go to the top 10 cities of america. not something overly expensive, and intense. Just something quick and short to see how well it plays out. I couldn't imagine having something like "Arena Tour 2011:Love Songs Live in Los Angeles" and having it be more elaborate than RnRC, and ending up only having about 2,000 people showing up. Start small and work her way up from there.
