Okay, now, I translate the whole discography~ If some of my fellow Finnish friends have some better translation ideas, feel free to say so~

Laulu tuntemattomalle [A Song for XX]
Spoiler:
01. Prologi [Prologue]
02. Laulu tuntemattolle
03. Kukka/Terälehti [Hana]*
04. YSTÄVÄ/FRENDI/YSTÄVÄINEN [FRIEND]**
05. YSTÄVÄ/FRENDI/YSTÄVÄINEN II [FRIEND II]
06. pokerinaama/pokka*** [poker face]
07. Toivoen**** [wishing]
08. SINÄ [YOU]
09. Niin kuin../Aivan kuin.. [As if..]
10. PUUTERILUMI***** [POWDER SNOW]
11. luottamus [Trust]
12. Tukeutuen sinuun [Depend on you]
13. SIGNAALI
14. kirjeestäsi [from your letter]
15. Rakkaimmalleni.../Rakastetulleni... [For my Dear...]
16. Lahja/Tämänhetkinen****** [Present]
* The first one means flower
Second means petal, as Hana can mean both.
Terälehti is pretty word I think~ Word to word translation would be corollaleaf
** The first is formal word for friend.
Second is a slang one, as you can see, borrowed from English.
Last one is cutesy word for friend. English translation would be "Friendie".
*** First one is official term for this kind of face : P
Second one is spoken form for pokerface.
**** Correct form would be toivoo, but toivoen sounds better.
***** "puuteri" is usually a term used for make-up powder.
****** Lahja means a present to someone, tämänhetkinen is for this present time.

I will translate more soon~
