I hope she comes back too but who knows. I've been to cons where avex artist where the singing guest and one thing i noticed is the more popular they are the more strict and demanding they are. At ushicon when Kumi wasn't as big in Japan as she was in the US they let people take there time with her like talk and see her in groups, she took photos with the lucky ones who saw her in the halls, they allowed no flash photographs during the concert. She also did I wanna say 3 autograph sessions. She even signed people's names.
But at Kamikazecon when she was really popular if they saw you with a camera they would take it, they seemed to rush you when she was signing autographs, only one person at a time (they had security and curtain so only you could see her), while she was walking around they had security on all sides of her so no one could even go near her (I saw her after autograph session and security kept yelling for people to get out of the way) The Q&A was different with like ushicon anyone could raise their hand and talk but at KKC you had to get in a line and ask into a microphone and even security was at the mic.
