it's ok Caroline , there's Taiwan press to the rescue xD & you can be assured that avex Taiwan will leave that 1st press bonus aspect of the DVD intact since my copy of Boku no Miteiru Fukei which I ordered from 5music , it's 1st press & inclusive of shipping , I only paid a mere S$20+ for it
so you don't have to fret about that since concert DVDs are expensive & somemore Japan press always kills X_X

I don't know , maybe they don't want to be seen as being too rigid in this sense ?
after all , I find it stupid you can't let websites other than yours to show the pics of singles/albums/concert DVDs , of the artistes that you manage
