Nope, just Tales of Destiny and Tales of Destiny 2 is the direct sequel.
If you ever found Tales of Destiny II on PSX, it was Tales of Eternia, which is renamed to ToD II to continue its predecessor, Tales of Destiny. Then Namco JP was angry with them, and make the real Tales of Destiny 2
