i wonder if the apocalyptic feel in do it again seems to be Ayu's cry for everyone to keep going on in their pursuit in life. To keep going because time is running out (as felt from the music). Furthermore, like a mentioned before, the number of repeats fall as the song drops, just like how passion decreses as time passes. The instrumental part in the music seems to represent the hope re-igniting..and from there on, the music no longer has that negative connotation but instead, becomes strength to keep going on. the music after that instrumental part doesnt feel so heavy like the front.
