If they really first met each other at the Virgin Road set it's kind of fast to get engaged now, but if they feel it's the right thing to do, then it is
It's their life and I am totally happy for them
Plus, as many people said, they are "just" engaged now, it's not like that means they'll marry tomorrow.
I am pretty sure ayu will keep her wedding private, with only friends and family. Still, I would like to see one official photo of them in their wedding dress / suit

I saw the video, too, and it's 3-4 years old
He told me on twitter last month or so that he's living in LA since 6 years now. So he's 33 I guess.
