ETA: No legitimate reason, that is, besides the misguided assumption that that's what all women have to do after they get hitched. Beyond that, Ayu hasn't given us a reason to think that's what she's going to do any time soon.

I don't think fans are jumping the gun completely without reason. I know this probably has
nothing to do with it, but her Sweet Season PV did have a feeling of wistfulness about it, especially concerning the children. I don't know, but I don't think Ayu is completely out of tune with that "woman" side of her. It's true that she might never have kids, and she might not want them now, even, but I felt that that PV kind of expressed the fact that she has, at some point, thought about it.
I think it's natural for a woman to have those types of feelings, since the female body has many features for the sole purpose of childbirth. For some women, the thought of having no children, ever, is an extremely alien thought, not just because of social pressures but because of their own body and feelings. So, I don't think it's easy to discredit some opinions, because they have their own reasons for thinking that Ayu might one day choose that road.
At the same time, however, I don't think she's having a child right now. I think there's a lot of stuff she wants to do, and places she wants to go, so she doesn't want to tie herself down even further. However, even if we think, "Ayu doesn't want kids" or "She's not going to have them", accidents do happen...
