I think they are tired and sick of the company,
they have to promote their music in Japan and Korea, they have a lot of work everyday!!
i hope they can return without tons of work, they are persons, not robots!
just look some of the last photos of SNSD, they look so tired, and i'm feeling another split in their case soon IMO
