How much has SCV2 sold to date?

I'm starting to fume over the absence of a release of "In The Flesh" in any form! We were promised it before the end of the year... I sent an e-mail to Apple about it last night and the replied and said they can't comment on future releases, so I'm assuming this means the plans still exist? I wish U3 would say something more about it. =__=;

I'm wondering when we'll see a DVD release of WILD LIFE too. Maybe they'll bundle the two!
