Looks like it's Dream's 2002 album. It doesn't include any Ayu songs, nor does she appear on the credits so it's mislabelled.

It is true however that the people involved (such as HAL and Bounceback, & Avex generally) are linked closely with Ayumi. Maybe they add her name to boost sales

I'll email them to ask them to correct this.
