Taking out only new songs for remix would be more compelling musically speaking (this WOULD be worth buying, in my opinion), but i dont think avex (neither Ayumi) are interested about this. They are releasing this for marketable purposes and this concept fits better to this idea, i think.

I thought of this too, but we don't really know for sure if this is true either.. The fact that we know that Razor & Guido, remixers who have done other old Ayu remixes have recently made a new remix for Dearest, an old song of Ayu's that's been remixed many times, tells us that maybe all or most of the other remixes, including the ones of older songs that have been remixed many times, will be new remixes too.
