Do they usual have box sets without CD cases???

And as for the Hanabi version, if its fake it is excellent! But the one I have isn't piano its a full orchestra...

And as Evolution orchestra.. I can't agree more!!! It may have taken 10 years but i finally get what i want !! BWAHAHA!!
