I was wondering, does anybody know what external bonus items CDJapan and YesAsia gave out for Kumi's albums?

- Dejavu → CD cover-sized calendar
Of course, first press editions usually have bonus tracks and/or slipcases as well as other goodies inside the album packaging but I'm only interested in the external bonuses (i.e. things that were outside the packaging). And also only things that were offered by CDJ and YA since those are the only places that I usually shop at because I want to know if I missed out on anything.

CDJapan already has their copies so I imagine other shops must have them too. So it's just a matter of time before someone leaks it.
