It seems that AAA's Urata Naoya, Shirota Yuu and JYJ's Jaejoong are pretty close. There's evidence on twitter.
When you're following Urata Naoya, Shirota Yuu or Jaejoong on twitter, you can see, that the three of them tweet each other a lot.
For example on February 27th Jaejoong tweeted to Urata and Shirota "I'm on the airport. Thanks for yesterday", which looks like they've been partying together or something.
An other example from today is the tweet from Shirota Yuu to Urata Naoya, saying that he's freezing during a photo shoot, on which Urata replied "Don't catch a cold".

Yamashita Tomohisa stated in an interview, that he wants to collaborate with his friend Jaejoong from the Korean group JYJ and ex-member of TVXQ. They've been friends for quite a while and made a promise to work with each other someday.
On his first official visit to Korea Yamashita Tomohisa revealed his intention to do a collaboration with former TVXQ member Jaejoong. He also mentioned that they already promised to team up with each other, since they're close friends for quite a while.
