It's not an actual release date. Nothing's being pushed to 31st December...It was just something YesAsia did. For instance if they left it to 30th April in case avex didn't announce an actual release date they'd have to change the date again, so in order to avoid doing the same thing over and over they've just pushed it back as further from March as possible
