The dates for public sales are postponed due to the quake. They have yet to decide on dates for those two (probably in the next week or so) but they
have decided on the sales dates for later performances. (See the new dates of April 3rd for the two Nihon Gaishi Hall shows and the Marina Messe Fukuoka show tickets.) It has nothing to do with the actual first concert performance dates, which are still 4/9 and 4/10.
