I second your thought. I think it's pretty normal to have surgery nowadays also among commoners.. in the fashion/music/cinema system i think it's like dinking a cup of coffee..in the end being beautiful and young it's a part of their work, it's
pure MARKETING.
In any case i declared many time i had a nose job and i don't feel ashame to admit, but i won't shout it from teh rooftops!
Anyway, whatever she had done or didn't have done she's gorgeous.
