I personally think their best bet is to just focus on talented girls with big personalities. There's plenty of cute girls in H!P more so than I see in other idol groups and tbph, though I love/like most of them there's only a few I'd call genuine talents. They can certainly use more.
Though I love the fresh youthfulness of 9th gen, I'd really like to see some older-upon-entry girls in Momosu like Yuko Nakazawa. The target age limit is 19 though. :/ I really don't think that an H!P kids group should be older than the flagship even by a little.
