I'd say that the concerts probably have a bit more of an impact in high definition but they only reason to get them really is probably for completing a collection and/or phasing out the DVDs you have in favor of the extras-less Blu-ray. I wonder if a lot of Japanese fans will sell their DVDs or just settle for two copies of the same concert?

The TA site does say that the contents can be updated anytime, so the extras may still make it in.
