i don't see any sayaka only pencil cases, but there might be 1 design of the whole team. as for the badge, yes. there is a Sayaka only badge and poster.
but i won't have trouble sending the poster together, unless you don't mind me sending the poster separate, the posters are sold in tubes, so i could just write your address and paste on the tube.

they do sell tshirts printed with different single's cover, but there is no clear description of size, i only see M or L.
