The problem is not the concerts, tv appearances or performances, it's the scheduling of them. Had a reasonable amount of rest time been scheduled in between everything that they are doing, the likelihood of them getting sick, tired, and overworked would have at least been reduced. They can still accomplish everything they're trying to do moving at a slower, more reasonable pace. Had this been taken into consideration beforehand, incidents such as this could have been prevented in the first place without having to sacrifice anything but a couple of days. It has nothing to do with their activities, it's solely about time management. It's about making a reasonable enough schedule to where they can do everything they need to do and remain healthy at the same time by not cramping so much into their schedule in such a short time frame. It would be more beneficial to everyone for their activities to be a bit more spread out. The problem with this whole situation is that it could have easily been avoided had SME created a schedule for humans and not robots. This is not the first time that one of their artists collapsed on stage (Krystal from f(x) collapsed in the middle of a performance last year) or complained of being overworked (TVXQ left the label due to this) so in my opinion, this seems to be a pattern with their artists. Apparently if this keeps happening, they need to make some changes, but they have yet to do it, which further proves the point that they are not providing their artists with the treatment and care that they need and deserve. It's their responsibility to create a balance for themselves and their artists that works for everyone and they aren't doing that. So in my opinion, SME needs to get it together in that department.
