what do we know about ayu's mom?

her name is Mariko Hamasaki, she has a candle/flower/chocolate store called hanaBi at Hiroo region of Tokyo. she is a single mother. she moved to Tokyo with ayu in 90s and rent an apartment. ayu calls her "mommy".
