Difference betwen "TO BE" and "TO BE (2003 ReBirth Mix)" from A BALLADS

is there a difference betwen the original song and the "2003 ReBirht mix"?? i hear no difference o.o.. maybe the guitar in some parts.- (same case for SEASONS)
