Well... the first one is in french, you can be sure... as I am french! ^_~ "le numéro que vous avez demandé n'est plus en service actuellement, nous regrettons de ne pouvoir donner suite à vore appel" you hear this recording voice when the number you tipped is wrong, or doesn't exist anymore...
