If you're talking about BLEACH and chAngE, it's an anime. The Ouran High School Host Club drama isn't the anime, it's the live-action drama from the anime. We know that miwa has a tie-in with drama before, Juui Dolittle and Otoshimono.

So, September 7th is the most possible date, 7 weeks after the drama is airing, which is the same as Juui Dolittle and Otoshimono single.
I might stick to that estimate. But I'm sure this single is NOT going to be released before August 31st...
