I'm pretty sure they were guys in the BUT PV. I read somewhere they were dressed in drag. Which makes me love it even more. I ♥ drag queens.
Still haven't watched the PV, I'm proud of myself. I'm curious about this hat. But, unless its a seriously obvious symbol, I don't think that people outside of Germany would understand.
