I think it's good to contact the seller..it's actually against eBay's rules to sell stuff like that, as if it's the real thing. Never mind the fact bootlegs are pirate-copies and therefore illegal...lol

I'd hate to sell something on eBay and then realise that somehow my Ayu album was a bootleg I wouldn't sell it on unless I did it privately and the other person knew exactly what it was. It's just unfair.
