ANYONE can participate! That is you can send the photos to an email address, because we know not everyone uses Facebook. Unfortunately, people who already sended their photos the first time are not able to change it for a new one. That is because each one should tell me which one the old photo was, I should go to my private album and eliminate it, then go to the public album and eliminate it... This surely would bring problems like 2 copies of the same photo, etc... and if I have to do this for everyone, I won't have time x_x I'm sorry...
