I think the idea of being less otherworldly ties in nicely with their album title, "After Eden". You know, after Eden, then Man becomes...man. Man has flaws and reality to face. So I'm hoping it's kind of like a "transition" sound, where we still have enough of that fairytale sound that it feels sort of transparent, but there's a humanity that gives it more of an emotional pull.
(I am so making up fantasy albums right now.)
