I stopped taking it seriously when I read Avex said she would be dealt with "harshly". As much as I despise that company they wouldn't be stupid to make such a public statement about something like this.
And Ayu was "insulted" that AKB48 took her spot?
This is why I hate tabloid news. It's an insult to journalism everywhere -_-
