I'm taking a guess here, but it might be from RAVE - April 24 1998. I checked on Eneabba (
http://www.eneabba.net/ayu/video/liv...Poker_Face.htm) and none of the performances look like this one, and two are missing: the one from RAVE and the one from the Secret Live, which this is obviously not.
I'm in no way certain of this, just trying to deduce by the information given ^^;
