Haha~~
There are so many communities (mostly on livejournal) who provide HQ scans of CD/DVD-covers, magazines and booklets, so it's not like there is a real problem!
But of course it's kind of unnerving when you can only see small previews of - say - covers for new singles on the official page and have to wait until somebody shares scans of their versions!
