^ That's correct. They invited Lady Gaga because of her support after the earth quake. Of course nothing is 100% confirmed yet, but there's a high possibility of her showing up because I believe there was an article a few weeks back with her expressing her wanting to go.

But obviously if she's already been scheduled for performing live in NYC or LA or something on New Year's Eve, she can't be in Japan as well lol. There's also the chance of a televised performance
