This is EXACTLY why I stopped ordering from CDJapan. Crazy ridiculous shipping rates.

You're better off getting it from YesAsia or HMV. YesAsia as free shipping if you spend a certain amount. HMV is usually around 1,200Y shipping but you can buy multiple things and the shipping rate stays the same.
