unless u have a certain program installed on your comp (dvd region-free), u can only play other region DVDs by changing the drive's region to the corresponding region, but u can only change it for a limited number of times(4~5). Overseas versions are not ALL region. They're region 3(most of southeast asia)... your best bet's to get the program I mentioned above, buy a region-free DVD player, or see if your DVD player has a hack at
